4500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 4500 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 4500 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4500 platform. Continued use after any updated terms are published will be treated as acceptance of those updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 4500 platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration will be grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances or winnings.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensure that no third party uses their account without authorisation.
- Notify 4500 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating personal information whenever relevant changes occur.
4500 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security obligations stated above.
Platform Usage Terms
Users agree to use the 4500 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the 4500 system.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity through this platform.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties for commercial purposes.
4500 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these rules. Any confirmed violation will be acted upon at the sole discretion of the platform's management.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 4500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits made into a 4500 account are non-transferable to other users. Winnings and account balances may only be withdrawn via the payment method that has been verified and registered by the user during the account verification process.
4500 reserves the right to:
- Suspending the processing of any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted.
- Requesting additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed specified limits.
- Reversing transactions that breach these terms and returning funds to their original source where necessary.
Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user and will not be borne by 4500.
Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property Rights

The 4500 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 4500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions due to scheduled technical maintenance.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon request by a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation.
Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the 4500 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4500 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software code — is the exclusive property of 4500 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from 4500.
Third-Party Links
The 4500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 4500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4500 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the terms currently in effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inoperative under any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
